[M4IF Technotes] Object Descriptor Framework

Object Descriptors in the Object Descriptor Stream contain the ES IDs of the elementary streams linked
to the OD ID. It is not clear to me, how the individual audio, visual (...) streams are then
linked to the ES IDs ? Is this completely handled by DMIF ?
