[M4IF Technotes] B-frames in Simple? Which Levels?

Hello,
    The relevant document doesn't seem to be up on the web site any longer,
so I thought I'd ask here.
    Which Profiles/Levels of Visual don't support B-frames?  I have it in my
head that Simple doesn't, in at least some cases, but am fuzzy on the
details.
