[M4IF Technotes] Where can I download then MPEG-4 Test Sequen ces with Mask?

This is a FAQ ... 
The availability of video test sequences is murky. The rights
are unclear. Some M4IF members are in the process of making new ones,
to be generally available for non-commercial use. I do not know whether
these include masks; it is an interesting question.
