[M4IF Technotes] Reg: CELP Encoder /LPC Analysis / ACF calulation

hi,
     In the MPEG-4 CELP Standard, ISO/IEC 14496-3:2001(E)  acf[k]
calculation uses the upper limit, "frame_size-k-1". But the refence
software (v1refsoft990809) uses window_size instead of frame size. Which
one is correct ?
