[M4IF Technotes] BIFS Insert Command

Can a BIFS Node Insert Command contain the node to be inserted and its
childs? In other words If I want to add a subtree to a current scene graph,
do I have to send every node on the sub-tree in in separated commands or can
one command contain the whole subtree?
