[M4IF Technotes] Who can help me with the yuv codecs?

Dear all,
I now want to find a fairly advanced yuv codec, which can set parameters easily, that is can change its width and length easily. I have searched in the internet for ages without any satisfying result.
Any hint is appreciated by me!
