[M4IF Technotes] YCrCb to RGB conversion

Hi everyone,
does someone know which formulas are implemented by Microsoft's tools for
YCrCb 4:2:0 to RGB888 conversion and vice versa (i.e. yuvtoavi.exe and
avitoyuv.exe)? It would also be very helpful to know how these tools perform
up- and downsampling.
The following URL provides some information about YCrCb to RGB conversion,
but I'm not sure if that explanation matches with the internals of
yuvtoavi.exe and avitoyuv.exe:
