[M4IF Technotes] Question about ACDC prediction

hi all:
    The standard wrote that if the prediction block is outside of the boundary, then all the prediction coefficients of that block are assumed to be zero. However,
It does not mention about what to do if the prediction block is not a intra coded macroblock. Should those AC coefficients from non-intra coded macroblock 
perform the same procedure as those predicted from intra coded block or just assumed to be zero?
