Thanks a lot, Ralph.
I have downloaded the refSoft from the web site, but am confused by those
directories and could not find any readme file. 
Could you pls briefly tell me what is in each directory? 
mp4AudVm
mp4AudVm_Rewrite 
mp4mcDec
mp4mcEnc
...
