	hi..all
	Mpeg-4 video's Luminance Spatial Resolutions is arbitrary sizes from 8*8 to 2048*2048.but that used frequency is 
SQSIF/SQCIF, QSIF/QCIF, SIF/CIF, 4*SIF/CIF, and CCIR 601.
	i know cif is 352*288 and qcif is 176*144 and what about others?
