Hi all,
      I want to MP4 AAC-BSAC encoder reference code and SBR encoder reference software (along with standard docs).
      Whether any open source available for the above?
      If no, how can i get i.e. where i have to purchase and what will be the approx. cost?
      Can anybody help me regarding the above?
