[Mp4-tech] About Mpeg-4 video streams with Error resilience.

Hello ,
Can anyone point a direction (to download or purchase)  where i can get some Mpeg4 video (simple profile @L0) bitstreams with error resilience ( resync markers, data partitioning with RVLC).
