Hi Rahul,
you can use the standard encoder.cfg sample configuration file. It has
all parameters you need. I removed the additional high profile config
file because is was nearly identical.

> I am looking for the high profile configuration file for JM 12.4.  Its not available on http://iphome.hhi.de/suehring/tml .  If its available on a different website, can anyone direct me to it.  If its not available, what are the additional parameters that needs to be included in the JM 12.2 High Profile config file.
