[Mp4-tech] [General] Standard documents

Hi experts,
Can I get a particular standard MPEG document updated with all its
amendments from somewhere?
Eg. 14496-3 Audio standard has a significant number of amendments (SBR,
PS...), so is there a single document with all these amendments
available or do we have to live with separate documents itself.
