[Mp4-tech] Motion Estimation Algorithms-Source Code

Dear Experts,   
  Has anybody implemented famous motion estimation algorithms such as DS, 3SS, and FAME(Fast Adaptive Motion Estimation) algorithms with JM codec ?
   I appreciate it if anybody send me the source code of his/her implementation of these algorithms.
