[Mp4-tech] sync. points

Hello experts
For the purpose of using JM13.2 to generate RTP packets, kindly guide me
about the synchronization points in the H.264 stream and if they always
represent start of some unit/entity such as picture, slice, MB (or some
other)? What is their relative tradeoffs for resouces/PSNR?
