That is a good comment, and one that I would like to see supported
or refuted by the facts. Let's try to understand how it works out
for specific use cases. I have invited the people that know to explain
the scheme in more detail, and also to explain where the details still
need to be worked out. It will greatly help if we get concrete 
examples of where licensing supposedly works and where it allegedly 
doesn't.
