Hello Charles,
I did mean all of the above - but specifically for MPEG-4 side of things -
I am wondering if there is going to be anything built into the MPEG-4 spec
which will enable the usage tracking of a multicast 'single source - many
viewers' style internet broadcasts of MPEG-4 encoded content, or whether
that particular issue will be picked up by developers of streaming server
software? Or indeed whether the network providers who host the streaming
servers will be required to provision some solution along those lines?
