Note that not every criticism below is based on the  *****  facts.
Keeping track of exact amounts of users is not expected to be
a requirement and streaming of content in relation with which
three is no remuneration is not subject to a use fee.
That said, I still wonder whether a webcast of a company's 
quarterly earmings is in the 'no remuneration' category (perhaps
only if the company is not turning a profit? ;-)
