yes, that was us. I don't see any contradiction in our position here. We
believe that patent pooling is unlawful as well as not conducive to
competition. OTOH, we are willing to support any format that our
customers want and are willing to pay for. Note that we are simply
extending our platform to support existing 3rd party codecs. Which codecs
are used, and what licensing terms are arranged to get them, is not up to
us.
