[M4IF Discuss] Corona decoder made available openly ?

Hadn't heard the rumor, but that doesn't mean anything.
There is already a great need for speedy resolution of licensing.
I am not sure that these developments make a difference ... I don't
think the situation can become more urgent than it already is.
