Hi Sundar, all,
the "video_plane_with_short_header" corresponds to H.263 baseline mode (that 
is H.263 Version 1 with no annexes).
H.263 Version 1 supports only a few fixed source formats (see table 6-25 in 
the visual part of the standard) and no custom formats. "160x120" is not 
supported, the only chance for you is to use sub-QCIF (128x96) or QCIF 
(176x144).
