Hello Lei,
Currently there is no "Mobile profile" however I know that both simple and
simple scalable profiles have been suggested for Mobile Applications.  In
the case of Levels 1 and up the tool set remains the same, only the
parameters of using those tools change.  In Level 0 for Simple and
proposed Level 0 for Simple Scalable the tools become restricted.
For example:
Intra_dc_vlc_threshold shall be 0 so DC values cannot be encoded using AC
VLC values.
For exact restrictions look at Section 9 and Appendix N of the visual
specification.
