Dear Padmavathi,
Thank you for pointing out this problem. It is a bug in the reference
software, the text in the standard is correct.
We are working at Nokia to provide a correction to the reference software as
soon as possible.

Dear M4IF people,
We found that there is difference in the extraction of ltp_short_lag field
between reference software (v1refsoft990809) and standard 14496-3 (Table
4.4.28).
We observed that Delay calculation of each short window is using
ltp_short_lag and Delay of previous window.
It is not mentioned in the same way in the standard.
Can anybody provide clarification?
