Wraping represent the changes of the Sprite image in time.
Wraping vector represent the change from the last Sprite, the decoder
reconstruct
the Sprite image from the wraping vector.
The Wraping vector is 3x3 parametric matrix that represent linear movements
(like pan and tilt) or non-linear movements (like zoom or rotate).
The wrapping can be used to send still image and afterward to manipulate the
image,
or for sending the background of the video and change the background
according to
the camera movements.
