Late answer.
The sequences can be used for standards devcelopment in MPEG.
They cannot necessariliy be used beyond that. To find out,
you would need to contact individual copyright owners.
We have some sequences that are cleared for use within M4IF
that you could use though; we are using them for interoperability
testing. You should be able to use these if it is not for commercial
purposes.
