[M4IF Technotes] easy access to MPEG-4 Systems streams

Dear all,
In order to provide easy access to MPEG-4 Systems conformance streams, 
here is a link to zip containers (limited to 10-12Mb max) containing 
most of the Systems sequences.

THESE ARE MADE AVAILABLE WITHOUT GUARANTEE.
I do not commit to updating these packs each time a little stream is 
fixed, and I do not commit to any quality of service or durability. If 
my systems engineer tells me this causes too much traffic, I'll have to 
remove them.
