[M4IF Technotes] ES_Descriptor inconsistency.

Hi All
some days back I had also posted this problem.
After seeing most of the available mp4 files, I came
to a conclusion that text is correct. But does this
made clear in any document. As I understand this is
some Pre and Post Corregendum1 problem (if I am wrong
Plz do correct me), and I am referring the
MPEG4-systems standard "INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ISO/IEC
14496-1,Second edition 2001-10-01".
If there are any new documents or any amendments or
any errata's please do let me know. 
If there are any such descrepancies or inconsistencies
please let me know.
