For the ISO public distribution of the MPEG-4 reference code you may wish to
check this:
http://www.iso.ch/iso/en/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/14496-5_Compressed_
directories/
But this software might be outdated - latest versions are available for MPEG
members only, with appropriate password.
