... which is nothing new in itself, I have often seen this deomstrated with
the still block-based MPEG-4. E.g. Enquad showed some interesting results 
last year, in spite of my disbelief that it would ever be useful for
compression
efficiency (I have always believed in objects for use in interactive content
creation)
