Hi,
there is no EOB code as in MPEG-2, because in MPEG-4 codes are organized
in triplets
LAST-RUN-LEVEL
where "LAST=1" indicates the last coefficient of the block (otherwise
"LAST=0"). See tables B-16, B-17, B-22 of visual.
