[M4IF Technotes] Parameters if VOL-Header

Hi,
if I have a simple MPEG-4 video stream, is it possible to change
parameters like quarterpel motion compensation and sprite_enable from one 
VOL-Headers to the next? 
So e.g. have a VOLheader with sprite_enable='00', then a sequence of say
100 VOPs, then another VOL-Header with sprite_enable='10', again 100 VOPs
using these new settings, etc.?
