[M4IF Technotes] decode error

Hello
I encoded a QCIF image (frame number (0-9),) on xvid with framerate
15,bitrate 64 according to the Simple Level0.then I decoded it on xvid
but the decoder died.So I decoded it on another decoder that can only
decodes video of Simple Level0,But not every decoded frame is fine,there
were errors at the end of frame 3 and the last frame 9.Can you tell me
why.
