Yes, that is it. You need to register the decoders.

These files are all on the web site, either in the all.zip or in the 
directory directly. Beware, the streams directory is different in the 
mp4tool and in BIFSENC_MP4ENC directories...

cat3, in directory m4v, is one such sample.
