[M4IF Technotes] max of 4 objects in SP/ASP

The total size of the objects is always the same, whether
you have one large object or a max of 4 smaller ones.
The encoder/author can choose how to distribute resources
(Macroblocks) over the different objects.
So decode bandwidth is not affected.
