[M4IF Technotes] Re: [M4IF Technotes] CBR encoding

I read the readme file and I used rate control, but the bitrate I
obtained seems not to be so constant as I expected: the frame sizes are
distributed in a large range of values.
How can I obtain a flatter coding?
