[M4IF Technotes] Question on MoMuSys FGS Reference Software

Andrea,
The current FGS in MPEG-4 is only defined to work with rectangular video
sequences. The combination of FGS with arbitrarily shaped objects is not
in MPEG-4. That's why the reference software does not work in this case.
