[Mp4-tech] problem in MPEG4 video momusys code

Hi all
   I am new to this group & found to be very useful for my  implementation
of mpeg4 video,I am facing a problem  in the momusys code which I have
downloaded from  the open source code website.The problem is that I am not
able to run on the windows NT operating system,what changes should I make
make to the code so that I can run the code . Pls help me out as the matter
is urgent
