[Mp4-tech] MPEG4 PTS&DTS in PES(Packetized ES)

Hello All,
I'm programming a demux for MPEG4 over MPEG2 program stream. 
The ES contained in PES(Packetized ES) can be stripped out, but I don't know how to decode the PTS and DTS fields in PES header.
The decoder can't act well without proper PTS&DTS.
Is it just the same as it was in MPEG2 ?
