[Mp4-tech] IBM BatchXMT file format

Although I will be more than happy to discuss this issue here,  t would be
more appropriate, in my view,  if you could post this question on the IBM
alphaWorks discussion forum due to its specific technical nature.  But the
IBM team will send you a private response on this one.  Thank you. 
If the answer would help other people as well, you may want to consider
answering in this forum anyway.
