[Mp4-tech] encoder and decoder for Shaped Video Objects

Hi all,
I am looking for a tool which support arbitrarily shaped video objects 
coding (core profile). That means visual objects in a scene can 
coded and transmitted separately. Is there a tool available in public 
that I can use ?
