[Mp4-tech] MP4 file with object type 0xD0 in audio track

I get a MP4 file with object type 0xD0 in audio track.
The value 0xD0 is in the range of 'user private'.
After some experiment, it seems that PacketVideo Author 3.0 will produce
this kind of file.
And the encoded audio type is AMR.
But the behavior is not defined in 14496-1 and 14496-14.
How to parse the Decoder Specific Info when this kind of object type (0xD0)
is encountered?
