[M4IF Technotes] Standard version for simple profile?

OK,
Is it necessary to test these features and if yes, are there updated 
simple profile test streams as described in
"4.5.8    Bitstream Donated by MPEG-4 Platform Verification Bitstream 
Development Project"?
