Sudhakar,
whether you do horizontal or vertical padding first,
all the values in A, B, C and D will have top-left, top-right,
bottom-left and bottom-right single pixel value respectively.
e.g. ... for 'A' all the values will be first pixel(Y or UV) value of image.
