[M4IF Technotes] where can I found a parser or analyzer software that can analyse MPEG4 file.

The tool I interested can parse in a high level,for example parse a mp4 file
that is composed by video and audio,the mp4 file header should offer detail
file info.at this level ,I think I don't need understand more about video or
audio compress.
