[M4IF Technotes] MPEG-4 Loss Sensitivity Values with error resilience.

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any figures/papers for loss sensitivities of mpeg-4 encoded content. For example. 
If there is a 0.01% loss of an I-frame - can this be masked or corrected by the error resilience scheme used. Or better yet, loss sensitivities of macroblocks, I/P/B - encoded macroblocks? and the various resilience schemes, FEC, UEP, data partitioning etc.
