[M4IF Technotes] Question on H.264

Hi,
 In H.264 CAVLC, the VLC tables are adapted depending on the magnitude of
previously coded coefficient. The dynamic range of high freq. coefficients
is less compared to low freq. coefficients. Hence, scanning backwards
results in more bit saving.
