[M4IF Technotes] System for H.264

Hi,
I am a newbie here. It seems that the Systems used to deliver the H.264 bitstream has not been standized yet. Can somebody here tell me if MPEG-4 part I Systems is still the main standard for delivering AVC and AAC bitstreams? How many company support this?
By the way, Could somebody tell me how I can join this list?
