[M4IF Technotes] FGS VM ?

Hi,
if you are member of MPEG, you can obtain it from the password protected
website (look for document N3317, version 4 of MPEG-4 FGS).
If not, you'll have to buy it on the website of ISO
(<http://www.iso.org/iso/en/CombinedQueryResult.CombinedQueryResult?queryStr
ing=14496>). I think it will be available in part 5 of the MPEG-4 standard
(amendment 1 to the second edition) but I don't know if this is available.
Perhaps others can elaborate on that.
It's probably useful for you to also have a look at amendment 2 to the
second edition (Streaming Video Profiles).
