[M4IF Technotes] FW: MPEG-4 Video Reference Software

  Hi,
      I have downloaded the Microsoft reference software from MPEG site.
      But I am getting the following problem when executing the encoder.
      Debug error!
      Abnormal Program termination!
      In addition to the above, I am getting the following message in the
command window when I type
      encoder.exe example.par
     New style parameter file.
    Assertion failed: rgpfReconYUV [BASE_LAYER] != NULL, file
d:\d\projects\mpeg4_vi
deo\iso_reference_software\visual\natural\microsoft-vfdis-v10-990812\sys\enc
oder
    \sesenc.cpp, line 1306
  Please let me know how to overcome this problem. I would be happy if
anybody can suggest any website from where I can download bug-free reference
software.
